Chicken with Capers
(4 servings)
4 skinless, boneless thighs
28OZ diced, fire-roasted tomatoes
1/4 cup of Caper (half of a 4oz jar)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp of dried oregano and dried basil (or, like me, Italian seasoning)
2 med cloves of garlic or out of the jar for real people
cook at 400 degrees for 40 minutes
