arriving in New York

  The Flight was a short one. Less than 2  hours. We stayed the night before near the airport, free parking - why not?  We arrived into La Guardia,  and got a urber immediately after getting our luggage.  After the shock of the cab bill of $160 we checked in the Holiday Inn in times Squares. Below is a view from my window.

 

From the very moment I arrived in New York I regretted not coming  here sooner.  The city has a rhythm to i, a special pace that calls to you part of it.Get in step  We had a late lunch at a deli across from the hotel. Best turkey club sandwich i ever had and only 11.99. We clashed for  couple of hours then went to times square..     we were just at London's West End this felt so very different. The West End was exciting  everyone hanging out. New york is more directed everyone as a purpose, a goal. Direction.   As i said a rhythm about the city.
