and I was unable to sleep. Followed by a long, confusing international customs line. The Amsterdam airport is enormous. Baggage claims were given different names, as were customs. The pickup point by the river cruises was challenging to find. Luckily, we were sent instructions by their river cruise company, including a photo. The tour driver was informative but upset about the recent riots at the soccer stadium- rioting doesn't rivership the Netherlands. Everyone working at the Transcend River ship goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. We met up with our friends from Tampa. There are 19 people in our tour group. The tour company also has the tour direction and the musical act.
The following day, I took a quick tour of Amsterdam by tour boat, followed by a visit to the Art Museum.
